License Agreement for norCtrack Products

Usage Rights

By purchasing or downloading norCtrack products, softwares, media files and/or materials, you automatically agree to use them for personal creativity. However, you must not copy or upload our original files to any other sites, platforms, forums, portals, communities, sharing servers, clouds, internet shops, auctions, marketplaces, public groups, or social media without our explicit physical or electronic permission.

Our products are created by us and/or our authorized partners and suppliers. Even after purchase, our products and materials remain the property of norCtrack. Any lending, renting, copying, duplicating, trading, or reselling of norCtrack products or their contents (including modified versions) is strictly prohibited. Engaging in such actions constitutes piracy and is illegal, subject to legal prosecution.

Protection Measures

Our custom products include specific information designed not only for protection but also to address potential infringement of our rights. Some information is encrypted and embedded within the product.

norCtrack actively monitors the internet, including auctions, BBS, and major torrent sites, and other sites to address any infringement of our rights. The right to use the enclosed sounds is granted solely to the original end-user of the product and is not transferable. This means you cannot legally sell second-hand physical or digital product containing our products or use our products from second-hand products in your own productions.

If you operate a commercial studio and offer our products to multiple clients, you are required to obtain a Multi-User License. Please contact us for more information about Multi-User License.

Permitted Uses

You can use our products in various music production contexts, including:

• Making Songs or Tracks
• Making records
• Creating remixes
• Composing music for commercials, jingles, films, theatre, radio, musicals, computer games, etc....
• Distributing your music on platforms like YouTube, SoundCloud, and other channels
• Selling or sharing music produced using norCtrack products
• Playing music publicly in commercial venues (concerts, restaurants, clubs, etc.)
• Creating demo videos or audio reviews featuring our products

Prohibited Uses

Any unauthorized use of our products, contents, or materials is strictly prohibited. Specifically, you cannot:

• Copy, lend, rent, duplicate, trade, or resell our products (except as explicitly allowed)
• Upload our files to unauthorized platforms
• Use our products from second-hand products in your own productions

Royalty-Free Sample Packs

Our musics, sample packs and audio loops are royalty-free, meaning you can use them in your music productions without additional fees or obligations.

Intellectual Property Protection

norCtrack values its intellectual property and takes protection seriously. We will pursue legal action against any auctions or offers for sale that infringe upon or violate our rights. Any illegal actions on your part may lead to judicial stripping.

Third-Party Products

In addition to our own products, we may occasionally include third-party products or materials at vst-store.com or norctrack.com. These third-party components may have their own terms and conditions. By using there products, you also agree to comply with any relevant third-party product developer policies.
